3. MESSAGING & COMMUNICATIONS
By using our Service, you acknowledge that Rackin Reviews may send email and SMS messages on your behalf to customers whose information you provide.
Message and data rates may apply depending on carrier plans.
Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Rackin Reviews is not responsible for carrier delays or undelivered messages.
4. FEES AND BILLING
Pricing for Rackin Reviews services is provided at signup or onboarding.
Certain usage-based costs (such as SMS or email delivery fees) may be billed separately as pass-through costs.
Unless otherwise stated:
Services are billed monthly
Payments are non-refundable once processed
Accounts may be suspended for non-payment
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
5. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
While Rackin Reviews is designed to help businesses collect more customer reviews and improve online reputation, we do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, ratings, rankings, or business outcomes.
Results depend on customer experience, industry, and business practices.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We are not responsible for third-party systems, outages, policy changes, or data handling practices.

Outstanding balances remain due
